She shares her firsthand experiences and reflects on the emerging legal challenges threatening the culture of safety nurses work so hard to create.
She also advocates for safe spaces for open and honest dialogue between nursing and the highest levels of healthcare administration as we work to create a sustainable future for nursing and the U.S. healthcare system.
