Show Notes

Nurses are the backbone of healthcare!

Kary Gregory was born to be a nurse and has nearly twenty years of nursing wisdom to share.

In this episode, she shares her passion for the nursing field and advocates for the well-being of her colleagues who have borne (& continue to bear) the burden of death, fatigue, and understaffing as nurses on the frontlines of the COVID pandemic. She shares her firsthand experiences and reflects on the emerging legal challenges that threaten the culture of safety nurses work so hard to create.

She also advocates for safe spaces for open and honest dialogue between nursing and the highest levels of healthcare administration as we work to create a sustainable future for nursing and the U.S. healthcare system.
