Dr. Scott Michael is a clinical psychologist and the Director of Clinical Training and Education at Lyra Health. He has spent his career equipping clinicians with the top-notch clinical skills to provide evidence-based treatment to diverse populations. 

In this episode, he shares the challenges to equity in healthcare training that have an outsized impact on trainees from marginalized backgrounds. He recently joined Lyra Health and is excited to share about Lyra’s innovative work to create a BIPOC Social Worker fellowship training program.
